Happy Halloween

Since it’s Halloween, children made a ghost by pasting cotton balls on the cutout of the ghost.

Parent Interaction Program 3 (28.10.2017)

Parent Interaction Program (PIP 3) for class PS Primus was organised on 28.10.2017 to keep the parents abreast with the upcoming activities to be performed in various areas of holistic development.

CRAFTY SHAPES
Parents were given basic 2D shape vutouts to create figures/scene using the shapes. The outcome ofnthe activity was brilliant with innovation and creativity at its best.

ANIMAL CHARADES 
Parent picked up the animal cards and acted and produced sounds like the animal and the rest of the group guessed the name of the animal.

ROULETTE
A multiple purpose DAV kit game was played for recognition of letters and understanding of numbers.

PASSING THE PARCEL
A basket carrying slips with letters written on them was passed on. Participants have to pick up a slip, read out the letter and tell 2 objects that start with that letter sound.

One day Geetu went to the garden. A goat was standing near the gate to guard the gold fish. A gardener was watering the plants. Geetu sat on a chair. She kept her toy gun in front of her. Her pet goose was playing nearby. A glass of juice and some grapes were lying on the table. Geetu’s grandmother came with a gift. When goose saw the grandmother, it touched her feet. On seeing this, Geetu was quite amused.

Harsh sat on the horse for the first time. Just then the horse started runny very fast. Harsh got scared and his hat and handkerchief flew in the air. His bag fell down from his hand. All the honey fell down from the jar. Heena was breaking the stones with a hammer outside her house. Her pet hen was eating grains. When Heena saw Harsh she called a helicopter and he was saved.

It was a holiday and Inder was at home. His brother was looking at an igloo outside the house. Their father bought a map of India and hanged it on the wall. Inder wanted to fill ink in his pen. The ink-pot fell down near an inch-tape. Just then an insect came and walked on the ink.

Jatinder along with his brother Jai and friends went to the jungle. Jai took out his jacket and started playing. He enjoyed jumping down from the huge rock. Jyoti was enjoying playing with jig-saw puzzle. Jaya kept a jam jar, a jug full of juice, jelly and some bread on the mat. She served the bread and jam to everyone. All of them enjoyed the trip.

Kuku kangaroo was very fond of flying kites. One day he locked his house and came out to fly kites. He hanged the key on the branch of a tree. The baby kitten was also with him. Some children were playing near the palace. The kind king was having tea outside the palace. A kid requested the kangaroo to give him the kite to fly. The other kid who was playing with a ball, kicked the ball and it hit the kettle. The kid got scared and said sorry to the king and went away.

One day Lalit along with his friends went to the sea-shore. They saw a light house and a ship in the sea. On the sea-shore there was a big building and people were going up and down in the lift. A lorry stopped near the building and the driver opened the door. A big lion and lizard came out of it. The lion ran after Lalit. Lalit quickly climbed up the ladder. When lion was about to catch his leg, he lifted it up. Leena saw Lalit while she was carrying a lamp. She told Lucky to throw away the lollipop that he was eating and hide behind the leaves of the plants.

Traditional kurta pyjamas, flowing lehengas, Indian sweets, classroom decorations, colourful rangolis and Shri Lakshmi Ganesh pooja matked the Diwali celebrations keeping the lamps of festive mood lit up bright.
