Bubbles are made up of air trapped inside a hollow liquid ball. Bubbles are fun to blow, watch and chase. And fun to explore and experiment too!
The students made their own bubble blower with pipe cleaner. Then they made big and small bubbles by blowing through the bubble blower. This activity was not about the students being able to recite scientific reasons behind why bubbles appear and act the way they do. Instead this activity provides the student with the opportunity to observe, make predictions, and test their ideas through hands- on experimentation. And this is an important foundation for later learning.
Note for the parents: Make bubbles with your kids with the bubble blower that they made in class.
For soap solution take liquid soap in warm water.
