Making of Cube (3D shape)

 As a part of maths curriculum, topic- 3D shapes, activity of making cube was conducted. Students made cube using dough/clay and matchsticks. From this activity they got to know that 3D shapes occupy space.

 PS- Listening activity conducted in which students were asked to listen to a number and colour it accordingly. 

Class-2- Assessment of Unit-7 was taken.

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS

Soaking in the spirit of Christmas, the students of Pre School,Cambridge International ,DAVPS Pushpanjali Enclave celebrated the festival with enthusiasm on December 24, 2020.
The students wore beautiful head gears of Santa, Christmas tree , reindeer and everybody was dressed in red and white ,green and brown. They sang melodious carols to wish each other. 

The significance of the festival was explained to the students through the Christmas story. The students made a christmas cake using biscuits, chocolate syrup, milk and gems.To inculcate the spirit of sharing the students were motivated to distribute a small Christmas gift to their helper. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of all the children.
