Keeping myself clean- Eyes, Ears, Nose, Hands

September month activity ‘Keeping myself clean-‘Eyes, Ears, Nose, Hands’ was conducted in which the students were asked what they do to keep these parts clean. They drew their responses in the drawing file and coloured them.

Basic of hygiene was taught through the fun filled activity.

Lighter or Heavier

Concept of heavy and light was taught with the help of weighing scale in which each child weighed the things given along and answered which side was heavy and which was light.

They understood the balancing of 2 objects and how this weight works in the daily life- for eg, vegetable seller, ration shops etc.

Capacity

CAPACITY was introduced in which students were taught that every container has its capacity beyond that we cannot add anything to the container.  Examples through beads, pencil box and clay balls were given in which students put the things in their own hands to depict a container and it’s capacity.
